Hi There ! Completed the National Tour of CABARET for ROUNDABOUT THEATRE, and also a great run of my one man play called NOISES ON at the JUNE HAVOC THEATRE in NYC.
I am currently on the faculty at the
American Musical and Dramatic Academy. (AMDA) in the Acting Dept.
I recently appeared as "Eric" in LIVING ON LOVE on Broadway starring Renee Fleming at the Longacre Theatre.
I want to be your coach. I bring 45 years of experience on the Broadway stage, film, and television, to my work with you. I work with both young actors and seasoned professionals. I will guide you through monologue work and cold readings. I also specialize in helping you create your own work or solo performance, having created and produced my own works.
I last appeared on Broadway in the long running CABARET at Studio 54 as Herr Schultz, opposite Carole Shelley and Blair Brown. I also appeared with Jerry Lewis in DAMN YANKEES on Broadway and London's West End. Other Broadway shows include GREASE, MAYOR, PAJAMA GAME, MUSIC MAN, and ANNIE 2 at the Kennedy Center. I have worked with Roundabout Theatre, Manhattan Theatre Club, Lincoln Center, and Playwrights Horizons. I have appeared off-Broadway in The GLORIOUS ONES, THE BLACK MONK, HELLO MUDDAH, SONG OF SINGAPORE, SHE LOVES ME, ITS ONLY A PLAY, and the U.S. premiere of CHOIR BOY.
My regional theatre credits include FALSETTOS, BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS, ALL IN THE TIMING, and Barry Manilow's HARMONY at La Jolla Playhouse, with Patrick Wilson. I most recently filmed MILDRED PIERCE with Kate Winslet (HBO).and BOARDWALK EMPIRE. Other Film and TV credits include IN AND OUT with Kevin Kline, TENDERNESS with Russell Crowe, HEARTBREAK HOSPITAL, LAW AND ORDER, (CRIMINAL INTENT, TRIAL BY JURY, and S.V.U.), JAMIE KENNEDY, SPIN CITY, THIRD WATCH, LIFE ON MARS, GUIDING LIGHT, and ALL MY CHILDREN. My play BUCKNAKED, a love story, was produced at the Manbites Dog Theatre both in N.C. and on Theatre Row in New York City.
